Both options have their pros and cons and we will be happy to provide you with advice on which one to choose.

Traditional „on-premise“ licensing on your hardware

With this option, you pay a set price once – during the purchase. You however have to account for further costs associated with acquiring new versions of the system. The price is based on the amount of named users of the system.

Essence cloud solution – „system as a service“

The „system as a service“ solution is much more flexible and spreads all your costs into smaller monthly subscription fees. The systems and applications communicate with each other – for instance ERM and CRM system can be connected to MS office. And your data? These are backed up and protected directly by Microsoft itself.

The system is constantly updating and therefore you always have the most up-to-date version available with no further payment needed. The cost is based on the number of concurrent users online, which can be increased and lowered as needed.

Does the flexible cloud solution sound interesting? Microsoft doesn´t offer this service in the Czech republic at this time, but it allows us (their partners) to provide to you in advance. We install the system on the MS Azure cloud platform and license in such a way, that it behaves the same as the Microsoft service itself.
