In cooperation with Ardo Austria Frost, we implemented the transition from the original NAV 6 system to the modern ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The special feature of this implementation was that it took place at a manufacturing company without the possibility of a longer downtime - despite this, we managed to manage the transition smoothly and with an emphasis on high reliability of the entire process.

Together with Ardo, we set up the processes to match the specifics of food production. The key element was the adaptation of the system, the rapid implementation of adjustments and the provision of continuous support without disruption of operations. Thanks to this cooperation, Ardo now benefits from more efficient planning and a higher level of automation.
