Rapid ERP Implementation for Dynamic Growth
Diana Biotechnologies, a dynamic start-up focused on PCR diagnostics, was looking for a solution that would support their rapid growth and ensure efficient management of their business processes. The goal was to provide a transparent inventory tracking, lot tracking and document approval workflow.
By implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP and Power Apps, we created a comprehensive solution that covers finance, inventory management, purchasing and sales. The company is now able to effectively manage its processes, track inventory and lots, and grow dynamically with an automated approval process and employee training.

We see Business Central as an exceptionally robust and capable ERP system that enables us to manage our company efficiently. Before selecting and implementing it, we were repeatedly warned that the process would be long, demanding, and financially challenging. However, thanks to the right choice of Business Central and the experienced implementation partner Essence, the entire project was completed surprisingly quickly and smoothly.
We went live with the system within two months – including fully functioning accounting, warehouse integration, and batch management. Just one month later, we successfully rolled out the same system in two newly established subsidiaries.
