We helped the client replace the original system solution, focusing on their individual needs and increasing the efficiency of the company's processes.
The goal was to replace the old Microsoft NAVISION solution with a new solution and at the same time move the new solution to a higher level of support for processes in the company.
In this way, a completely unique solution was created, in which licenses and license fees can now be managed, new product development organized, procurement tenders for suppliers resolved and, last but not least, customer service.
The solution also includes order management, a managed warehouse (WMS), a connection to the Balíkobot service and Dynamics eShop, where each customer can order the goods they need to deliver to the store.
