Comprehensive ERP Solution with International Reach
Kalas Sportswear s.r.o., which equips the world's top cycling brands, was looking for a solution to streamline its manufacturing and business processes while better managing its international offices. Their requirements included a robust solution for manufacturing, warehousing, CRM, reporting and e-commerce connectivity.
We implemented an ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales, which optimized manufacturing processes, interfaced with product configurators and enabled system-wide cost control. Newly integrated Power BI reporting tools strengthened their decision making and enabled more efficient distribution management.
On the project for Kalas Sportswear, we fully exploited the internal as well as the international potential of the ERP system to optimise production and distribution.
