Smartwings Group – the Smartwings airline operating in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland – was looking for a way to digitize and streamline economic processes across different legislative environments and gain better insight into financial performance across hundreds of flight destinations.
In cooperation with Essence, the group transitioned to a more advanced automated system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The result is more accurate reporting, reduced error rates, and unified process management across the entire group.
