ERP Technical Consultant

Who are we looking for?

Do you enjoy not just development, but also finding solutions and thinking about how things work in context? Can you understand a customer's requirement, design a solution and, when needed, get your hands into the code?

At Essence we're looking for a technically strong colleague who can bring together development, analysis and consulting, and take care of the further development of our customers' solutions.

We work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other Microsoft technologies. We are looking for someone
who keeps up with where technology is heading and can use new possibilities both in customer solutions and within our team.

Are you the right fit?

• You are familiar with D365 Business Central or NAV and understand how an ERP system works.
• You can analyse a new customer requirement and design a functional technical solution.
• You understand code, can navigate and modify it and, when needed, develop the solution yourself.
• You consider whether custom development is really necessary or whether a suitable solution is already available as standard functionality or through a new feature.
• You can explain and defend your solution to both customers and colleagues.
• You keep up with the latest developments in Business Central and related Microsoft technologies and enjoy exploring how to use them in practice.
• You see AI as an everyday work tool and know how to use it for analysis, research and solution design.
• You can share your know-how with colleagues and customers.
• You work independently, take initiative and see things through.
• You can work in English, and active communication skills are a plus.
