In addition to successfully renewing our Microsoft Solutions Partner for Business Applications status, we have also earned the Small and Midsize Business Management Specialization.

In the past, Essence Business Solutions was recognized as a Microsoft Gold Partner. Today, Microsoft uses the Solutions Partner designation, which you may come across.

This status is neither automatic nor permanent. Microsoft continuously evaluates its partners' technical expertise, project success, and ability to deliver real value to customers. Partners must meet several requirements, with a strong emphasis on successful project delivery and measurable customer impact.

Earning the Small and Midsize Business Management Specialization requires meeting additional rigorous criteria, including the successful completion of the MB-800 and MB-820 certifications.

We truly appreciate having renewed this recognition while also expanding our expertise with a new specialization.
