In October 2025, we successfully launched the Dynamics 365 CRM solution at BDO for more than two hundred users. The project went smoothly, without complications, and became a key pillar of business management.
From leads and opportunities to contracts
Essence implemented Dynamics 365 CRM with full Power Platform integration. We set up processes for the sales funnel, ensured compatibility with Power Automate and Power Apps, and enabled private mode for sensitive data. The system was prepared so that BDO could manage it internally and flexibly expand it.
