Product cards with bill of materials and routing
The production module will make it possible to define the product, including the production bill of materials and the technological procedure. Product change management can be captured by versioning, including a version link to accompanying change documentation. The entire process then ends with an approval workflow and release to production.
Product calculation and comparison with reality
A breakdown of the costing down to the level of detailed components and work operations is available on the product card. After the product is finished, it is possible to compare the model calculation with the reality from the production order.
Capacity planning for critical areas
Based on the capacity of the work centers and the TNG regulation, the system plans capacity production. You have the ability to build a rough production plan, for example to confirm a delivery date to a customer, but also plan production orders for a shift based on critical locations and capacities.
Organization of production and work shifts
You can sort production orders into production batches for individual shifts and thus collectively manage a set of production orders for the next period. It will make it easier for you to manage and print documents for production.

Warehouse Management System
The Premium version keeps your warehouse management with you, in real time, directly in the ERP system. The application with the module for managed warehouses works on readers with any operating system or even on a mobile phone.
Work management terminals
