Smartwings, then known as Travel Service, a. s., approached us when their existing system was no longer sufficient. They were struggling with an inefficient invoicing process, limited use of their ERP system, and a lack of up-to-date data for management decisions.
All this at a time when air transport was experiencing great development, and the need for a new, functional, and efficient solution was greater than ever. The company was plagued by high costs, insufficient information, and the unsatisfactory approach of its then ERP partner.
After the previous provider, we first took over the Microsoft Dynamics NAV system, analyzed it in detail and started making adjustments.
